Response to CoJ Press Release regarding T 252 20

Thursday 6 July, 2023

On 15th June 2023, the Court of Justice of the EU issued a Press Release about the appeal in our case T 252 20. With  that Press Release,  the Court  On 15 June 2023, the Court of Justice of the EU rejected our appeal to our case T 252 20. With this rejection, it has now both been inconsistent in its statements about our case -  which it had earlier indicated would in fact be heard -  and in effect the Court  has now also denied access to it for all 66 million UK EU Citizens, by choosing not to even hear our specific legal arguments even though they were brought in good time !

A lay observer might well conclude that the Court  is engaged now simply in ex post facto politics,  rather than law , and also a piece of  legal chicanery without even a public hearing which is designed solely to prevent us getting justice - which does not reflect at all well on the Court.

The next step is to take our case to the European Court of Human Rights, since we understand there has been a breach of the European Convention on Human Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as well as the European Convention on Nationality, and we will update you all again shortly with a summary of the precise way in which we believe the Human Rights of all 67 million UK EU citizens have been breached by those whose role should in fact be to defend our EU Citizenship and associated Rights  against what is in effect now a political attack.
